Jawbone公司推出的这个手环，是一个很有趣的小东西，前些天一个同事从美国回来，向我推荐了它，戴在手腕上，有运动记录、睡眠记录、智能闹钟和定时活动提醒几个主要的功能。看了一下介绍，很好很强大，就是我需要的，赶紧上淘宝搜索下单，买了回来戴手上，到现在，使用了一段时间，感觉非常不错，这个小小的东西，改变了我的生活方式和习惯。

UP手环的IdleAlert这个小功能对于我这样的上班族来说，是一个很贴心的功能，长时间坐着不活动是经常的事情，时间长了老感觉眼睛不舒服，血液流通不顺，颈椎什么的僵硬。。。。。这个手环会根据设定的时长以振动的方式来提醒我该活动了。轻微的振动，没有声音，不会干扰别人和自己。用的时间长了，就形成了一种默契，每隔30分钟，都会在UP的提醒下站起来，喝喝水，活动几圈，走一走，然后坐下来继续工作，舒服。
Smart Alarm这个智能闹钟功能也很喜欢，对于我这样的起床困难户来说，使用一次之后，就把闹钟和手机丢到很远的地方去了。它神奇的地方是，和睡眠记录功能一起使用的时候，可以感知你睡眠的状态，如果在感知到你处在浅度睡眠的情况下，会根据设定的起床时间的前10分钟或者20分钟内轻轻的震动唤醒你，毫无以前被闹钟叫醒的那种被迫感和不情愿的感受，很舒服；如果处在深度睡眠状态，才会在设定的起床时间连续震动的唤醒你。以前用手机作闹钟，每次都被尖锐的铃声唤醒，感觉很痛苦，很不甘心就这么不睡了起床，现在被这个手环轻轻的振醒，起床困难户也可以感觉到早晨的美好了。对于两个人睡一张床的人来说，这个智能闹钟功能简直是福音啊，这种轻轻的震动手腕来唤醒，比用闹钟好太多的另外一个理由是，它只会叫醒你一个人，不会因为你要早起上班或者提前办事出门而把女主人也吵醒，悄悄的起床，不惹来一丝埋怨。。。。。。

对很多人来说，手环的活动记步功能是最主要的一个功能，每天戴着它，可以知道你活动了多久、走了多少步，消耗了多少卡路里。人真是需要鼓励的，没有它之前，虽然也知道自己活动比较少，需要增加活动量，但总是因为这样那样的理由放弃。有了这个之后，每天看着自己的活动量，走了多少步，知道自己的活动不够，会主动自觉的去走一走，直到活动量达到建议的数量，每天都为完成自己的目标而努力走路，真是很神奇。有时候看到自己走了一万多步，有一种成就感，觉得很开心舒服；看到自己走了才5000步，就赶紧出门走一圈，或者在屋子里跑一跑。出门办事儿的时候，如果觉得近，就会放弃打车，直接走过去，看看手腕上的UP，就有了一种特别的动力。

睡眠记录功能也很好，睡觉的时候监测你的睡眠质量，什么时间上床，什么时候入睡，有多少时间处于深度睡眠状态，多少时间处于浅度睡眠状态，中间醒了多少次。积累几天的情况就可以知道你的睡眠是什么样了，你需要作什么调整，才能让睡眠质量变好。以前是不知道自己睡眠情况是怎么样的，现在每天看自己的睡眠情况，觉得很有意思。对于那些需要强迫自己才能上床睡觉的人来说，这个功能还是很有用的，最少它让你有一种情愿和自觉睡觉的感觉。而不会总是在睡觉前刷刷微博，玩玩游戏，看看这看看那的。苹果手机上有个叫Sleep Cycle的收费应用，也有这个功能，不过需要把手机平放在床头靠近枕头的地方，真晚开着手机应用，通过振动感应来判断你的睡眠状态是在深度还是浅层。用过一阵子这个SleepCycle，还是这个UP手环好，记录更精确，也不用把手机一直插着充电器放在枕头边。

其它还有一些功能，午睡闹钟体型，记录饮食情况，健康提示，特殊运动记录，心情记录等，比较少用，可能对一些特殊需要的人来说会喜欢。就以上说的几个功能中的一个，就足够闪亮了，对于很多人来说，这个手环是个值得拥有的东西，改善生活习惯，改善健康状态，都挺有用。充电一次大概可以使用八九天，手环戴在手腕上挺舒服，医用橡胶有柔性，不妨碍作事情。防水，戴着洗澡什么的都没问题。不知道在夏天手腕出汗会不会感觉不舒服，那要到夏天才知道了。

最后，Jawbone公司给UP作的App太舒服了，主界面简洁明了，LifeLine生命线把时间轴作为线索记录所有的运动和睡眠等情况，非常有特色，第一次在苹果手机上看到这么精美的应用界面，值得作手机应用的人好好借鉴。

    2代有什么新功能？
    我用1代就觉得一点不好，每次要插到手机上sync，连无线功能都没有，失望。

      这个一代是不成功的产品，推出来后有很多问题，Jawbone公司提供无条件退款啊，跟紧急召回不同的是，直接退款给你不用退回手环，你可以联系Jawbone退给你或者换二代。

      跟一代比，增加了防水能力可以戴着洗澡或者游泳、玩水什么的，改善了一代无法蓄电问题，现在大概可以使用八九天才需要充电一次，每次充电一个小时就够了，增加更多人性化的iOS应用程序功能，让其使用起来更加简单方便，也就是这个App了。其它的功能应该差不多。现在有中文了，以前只有英文的界面。唯一不好的，还是需要插到手机上同步数据，没有无线功能。

      同步这个东西吧，也就刚开始的时候每天会同步几次，时间长了一两天同步一次就行了，这个问题也就不显得那么突出。

      另外一个不好的地方是饮食的输入，中国的习惯和美国的饮食习惯差别还是大，在国内这个功能几乎没法用，除非一直保持国外的生活方式。希望Jawbone可以根据亚洲地区的生活习惯进行功能性适配。

      切换方式感觉还有需要改进的地方，现在的切换模式很容易碰到就改变了，另外一种切换模式很不方便，认不清楚，特别是小憩模式和特殊运动记录模式。

      睡觉的时候和起床的时候都需要手工切换模式，时间长了习惯了戴这个之后估计会忘记切换这个事。如果能自动感应就好了。

      尽管有这么多瑕疵，我还是认为这个小东西值得买来用。希望Jawbone在这个产品上快速进化修正或者出下一代的时候可以加上更多的功能。

      如果能加上记录轨迹的功能，加上气压计来计算高度差，甚至加上心率监测能力，无线蓝牙同步，这个手环就完美了。

        对呀，喝罐可乐也要写上140卡，我就觉得不方便，要是有办法一扫条码自动识别140卡就好了。另外，我觉得对女的来说，要有一个放口袋的选项，我的手上还想戴别的东西。

        刚才没有仔细说，起床睡觉，它都不能自己识别，我还不能忘了去按它。总之，界面只是一回事，功能上还是不行。

        你是不是没有微信？我去年share的这个东西，几天就烦了，和菜头还可以每天玩，男的女的真不一样啊。

      一个多小时深睡眠也太少了吧，有心事，或者心理压力大，或者别的什么原因，会导致睡眠很浅。具体的你得找专业人士问问，我也不大懂这个。

      心情放松肯定是睡眠质量的重要因素之一，第二天有重大事务的时候，睡眠质量不高，我自己体验过。以前不知道，现在有这个工具测试，很明显的。前些天有个比较重要的事务要第二天早上处理，结果一晚上深睡眠才两个多小时。平常一般是三个小时到四个小时的深度睡眠时间。特别累的时候深睡眠时间比较长，如果超过5小时深睡眠，估计就是比较累了。

      睡觉姿势要舒服，床要舒服，这个肯定也会影响睡觉质量的。我自己体验的是仰睡不如侧睡。向右侧睡感觉比较舒服一点，这个可能每个人都不同，找找适合自己的吧。

      睡眠有规律，这个可能是影响比较大的因素。睡眠无规律的人估计进入深睡眠的时间会比较少。

      其它的因素可能也会有，睡前吃辛辣的东西，或者咖啡或者茶之类的，可能会刺激神经 导致无法进入深睡眠。

      估计还有别的什么情况，得问问专业人士。调整睡眠情况很重要，good luck！

          多测试几天看看吧，如果经常深睡眠很少，就需要自我调整了。

          偶尔这样没问题。

      应该可以吧，散装的大概可以这个价格买到，只要是二代就行。这玩意现在应该还没有山寨的。

      现在国行出了吧，盒装的行货，价格1100的样子。
