周末骑行-II-黄道岭三炷香
海淀温泉镇的西边，有一片山，是香山的背面，叫黄道岭，最高的地方，有三座山峰，叫作三炷香。那里可以直接去往樱桃沟到香山。有一次曾经在大雪的时候开着越野车准备去往樱桃沟看雪景，可惜车子半道陷进路边的沟里没去成。不过那一带的防火道修建得挺好。这一次，我们骑车的路线，就是准备沿着防火道骑行上山。骑车爬山，是很挑战体力的事情，之前一直骑行平路，这次准备挑战一下山道，以后计划骑自行车爬香山爬妙峰山，那个难度更大。
几个人一起骑行，结果出发太晚了，沿着北青路转道太舟坞，已经是中午一点多了，就直奔黑龙潭而来。这里有一家粗粮骨头庄，记忆深刻，吃过好几次。有特色，味道好，价格便宜。可惜我们到得太晚，特色的骨头已经卖光了，免费的豆浆也木有了，还好这里味道很不错的剔骨肉还有，点了几个菜，喝着骨头青菜豆腐汤，还是很过瘾。
剔骨肉，蘸着料，吃着很不错，一点不油腻
粗粮骨头庄嘛，粗粮肯定要吃的，这个玉米饼味道不错，就着骨头汤
骑车爬山，体力消耗很大，不过感觉很好，特别是沿途那么多爬山者，在他们的目光下，一路骑行上去，感觉那是相当的好。间或有人搭话询问，很装逼很酷的样子回答他们，享受着他们的目光和体力消耗下的大汗淋漓，一路骑到半山腰两百多米，路越来越陡。因为朋友下午还有事情，需要时间返回城里，到了一个山顶就停了下来，出着大汉喝着水，看着下面蜿蜒的山路，还是很有成就感的，真是骑行上来的啊。
下山就太爽了，迎着风，握着刹车控制速度，一路冲下来。
山上路很多，朋友说有一条山路，沿着半山腰，可以一直骑行到百望山。下次有机会可以走走，山地车走这种路，很舒服。

那盘韭菜小河虾看着好诱人啊。
上学时，幼年时间去南京玩，那里的同学找了几辆自行车，我们曾经骑车上过南京的紫金山。上山的辛苦和下山的得意是成正比的。不过我们就是普通的自行车，也没有你现在的装备，就是仗着年轻胆子大。其实还是很危险的。
骑车大量消耗体力之后，吃啥都觉得香，这个韭菜小虾确实让人好胃口。骑车下山确实很危险的，车子质量要好，刹车不能出问题，否则太吓人了，特别是坡度大的地方有拐弯，要控制好。刺激和危险，是同样的。
真抱歉，打完字没检查，也有个错字。是有一年，不是幼年，那太吓人了。

还真不是原地定车，就是慢速骑，抓拍呗。山地车的轮胎很宽，可以骑很慢。说到这个，上中学那会儿我们搞过这种慢车比赛，给定一定距离，限制车道宽度，看谁骑得慢，不能脚沾地什么的。有个家伙50米能骑几十分钟，就是定车技术好，定车之后还能慢慢启动然后再定车，非常崇拜。我自己怎么都搞不定，慢骑可以，定车不行。
